I completed an internship at a psychiatric hospital where I facilitated psychoeducational groups for both residential and day-patient programs. I supported individuals navigating complex diagnoses, including major depression, schizophrenia, and cPTSD. My role involved leading therapeutic groups four times daily in outpatient services and daily sessions for inpatient units. This foundational experience directly led to my immediate hire upon completing my academic program.

I conducted both group and individual therapy for Veterans and civilians in crisis and often testified in commitment court.
