Your Mental Health is My Priority

Hi! My Name Is Aimee

I have been in this field for over thirteen years and have seen the power of change firsthand.  I specialize in supporting individuals that are navigating complex mental health challenges, including addiction. I am deeply committed to my clients and witnessing the transformative progress they achieve through their dedication and hard work. In our work together, I serve as a steadfast advocate, providing a safe therapeutic environment where you can safely process your experiences. I invite you to take the first step in this vital chapter of your personal growth today!

I am a firm believer that life presents us with pivotal moments designed to spark the desire for profound change and to foster resilience. My professional mission is centered on empowering individuals to reclaim their inner strength and bravery as they navigate these important, transformative shifts.

After earning my graduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, I dedicated my career to the art of helping individuals with mental health diagnoses, such as depression, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, cPTSD and addiction (to name a few). By blending my clinical expertise with a lifetime of personal and professional experience, I work hard to provide a compassionate environment where my clients can safely explore difficult transitions/change while prioritizing their own emotional well-being and self-care.

My practice is rooted in the core values of inclusion, everyone's innate worth and unconditional positive regard for the individual. I pride myself on maintaining a sanctuary for everyone and celebrate a diversity of races, faiths, genders, orientations, and abilities. I integrate a creative collaboration into our sessions, ensuring that strict confidentiality and a judgment-free atmosphere remain my highest priorities.

I was raised in South Mississippi and have moved around through Louisiana, Hawaii and now Oregon. I currently reside in the quaint town of Jacksonville, OR, with an office in Medford. Outside of my clinical work, I cherish moments spent with loved ones, including my two adult sons, and my fur baby, Mimi, pictured here. I also find joy in exploring local thrift shops, storage shed auctions and I collect oil paintings. I am truly passionate about this work and believe that healing and self-reinvention are within reach for every person. I have seen it in others and myself!
